Our highly skilled team of experts, with decades of experience, works with the latest technology and a wide range of up-to-date software solutions and corresponding hardware tools (drawing tablets, special monitors, state-of-the-art scanners) to ensure precise and efficient reproduction of your originals (e.g. samples / wooden planks / tiles / fur structure), whether documents, images, graphics or existing data). Whether it is printed materials, digital files or historical documents where parts are damaged or missing, our repro team is highly trained to optimally rework, recreate and, if necessary, manually supplement these originals.

In addition to the modern way of computer-aided image processing, traditional and manual reproduction is available for some projects with highly qualified employees who have extensive experience in handling and reproducing physical originals. They use specialized equipment and professionally learned and tested techniques to ensure accurate color reproduction and detail. Manual reproduction used to be the standard method for creating artwork. For the so-called pre-press stage, all steps were carried out by hand, from preparing the artwork to color separation. This required a great deal of experience and skill to ensure precise, high-quality work. The drawn templates were captured photographically and further processed using large-format films. Today, a drawn template can be scanned and quickly added to the created data set.
In addition, we use computer-aided reproduction technologies to enable efficient and precise processing of large volumes of digital files. This method uses specialized software and hardware to automate and streamline the artwork creation process. Through the use of computers, complex image processing tasks such as shape design, layout design, seamless-endless repeating and color separation can be performed more efficiently and accurately. Computerized retouching also makes it possible to quickly make changes to artwork and correct errors more easily.
Separation is an important step in the artwork creation process: the original image is divided into different color channels to define the individual colors of the print. In manual separation, special films were used to separate the colors. Computer-aided separation, on the other hand, is digital and enables more precise control over the color channels. Data in the 3D shape design for digitally controlled direct structure surface shaping is digitally designed in the system and precisely shaped according to the needs of the LASER control technology and depending on the metal surface. A test system makes it possible to create gates on the respective surfaces and send them to you as a 1:1 realization of your desired surface by means of an in-house calendering facility.
